We are living in exponential times.

一個很棒的影片,描述資訊爆炸的時代=我們所處的時代。

不過這麼晚才讓我接觸到這個影片,某種程度上來說還挺諷刺的。(笑)

很棒的一個影片,剪輯的效果配上BGM之後的感染力非常之高。

這影片有個中文改編版,但不建議去看,品質差很多。(無論從訊息的timing、BGM搭配與畫面構成都差很多)

當然,裡面的訊息並不是全部都真的具備如第一眼所給人的壓迫感。比方第一個訊息說:

在中國,如果你是「百萬中才有一」的人才,那麼你至少有一千三百個和你相同水準的競爭者。

這是就「天資」的數學機率分配來看而已。

環境的外部性在這裡沒有被考慮進去。換言之,這其實只是個人口統計的問題,實際上的故事當然不會這麼單純。不過,驚人的推論往往都是架構在簡化後的世界(就如同經濟學模型一般),所以這個訊息本身是有它足以撼動人心的內涵,但這不是結束,它只是個開始。影片最後那一句「SO WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?」下得很棒,這些訊息值得叫人深思......
